Hmm, well actually I would give them a E-1000 for the PE T10, would destroy everything and a E-1000 Berge that moves with the big brother and repairs him in anywhere between 1-5 secs depending on injuries.

The Deluxe Bergetiger would be more of a T7 thing, particularly, I would give it the ability to despose of Explosives on bridges with its crane (cause IRC that was the actual use for it in most of the forum's eyes, we had an argument about it pre-1.0 release)

Now we just need Tier 5 - 9 :D

Teir 5- Build able Kingtigers with 5 Cap.

Teir 6- Build able Maus

Teir 7 Manpower Boast- 5000 Manpower

Teir 8- Build able Rattle

Teir 9- Ability to make a river and some bridges ;D

Tier 11- A "I win" Button.

Tier 11 must cost like 11000 mp and 15cp. NP :D. At least not when ur playing Scheldt with Expert CPU ;D ;D ;D.

During a rocket barriage you can sow the soil.  :)

After it sows the soil, all SE effects are eliminated ;D. Rendering SE doctrine useless except for hummel :P
