OPERATION STONEWALL human V 4 humans OR human V expert Cpu

I was always wanting to be the attacker not the defender in stonewall could we be the attacker and be allowed a max pop cap to use on each round with unlimited resources and be granted new units for each round we got through if we dont anihalate the enemy?

stonewall is only available to ToV users so it would be excluding a large number of people ,which seems pretty harsh.
But i like the idea, maybe we could also add a soviet defensive faction and have it in leningrad?
