U.S.A nation

Well i had installed again COH TOV and then the Mod EF, and i started a skirmish 2 check the features of the mod and the USA is normal like in COH original no changes nothing and all the other nations are changed.

Can anyone help me out?

First of all, in which way are they changed? Do you mean reward units? The AI coder, robotnik, has implemented that rewards unit are used by the AI from now on, maybe the US AI just didn't get one of their units when you played. In general, EF is against any change to vanilla factions.

No, how can I say there is no special units nothing just the normal units from COH original the tech trees r the normal ones 2 .

icanfish, the mod adds the Soviet Union to the Allied factions and the Ostheer will be added to the Axis factions (hopefully soon). The vanilla factions like the US, Wehrmacht, etc. are not changed in any way. Just a few reward units and as MaxiKing6 pointed out the AI is much better too. That is all this mod does.
