How to counter PE (Panzer Elite) Armored car as Soviet 1.40 ?

I just want a straight forward answer , what units can i use to counter the panzer elite armored car in the early game after they buffed the armored car from 220 health to 260 and nerfed the conscripts and made them more expensive , it is almost impossible to counter 2 armored cars with some infantry squads, I've used 2 anti tanks squads with 2 naval squads and 2 conscrpits against 2 armored cars and 3 panzer elite infantry squads two of whom are upgraded with mp44 , all my squads were completely slaughtered , and i wasn't able to destroy neither of the 2 armored cars , any help ?
also anti tank gun doesn't work , the armored cars just circle around it killing its crew in seconds .

That's not cost effective at all ...
Panzer elite armored car is an anti infantry vehicle , countering it with infantry seems stupid .

Sit in heavy cover rather than chase him. Protect your AT gun with a squad of THs. Upgrade your THs at the armoury. How were conscripts nerfed exactly? They got access to vet which is a huge buff. They are however, nerfed in the next patch.

Use mines. A mine + a nearby TH squad means almost guaranteed death for the AC.

You could also try Molotovs which break engines a good amount of the time. Strelky have good penetration VS ACs, try DP-28s too.

AT Nades do well in combination with AT Guns.

If you are trying to get some heavier combat out there get light tankovy, if you go SU-85 then just make sure the ACs don't circle you. It will eventually kill it.

Or try using a call in (SU-122, SU-76, T-34 Rider)

in the current patch they had their HP and damage nerfed

T70's and SU85 are a good bet. The mine suggestions are good for chokepoints but many maps are too wide open to easily bushwack ACs this way. Molotovs are very effective but it sounds like they are soon to lose their anti-vehicle effectiveness.

I tried the TH + anti tank gun combo , but they were totally annihilated he circled around the anti tuank gun , killing its crew with 4 shots , then retreated his AV and attacked with his infantry , killing my TH .
I also tried the sterkly + DP tactic but its too costly and doesnt work in the early game , you can train armored cars fairly quick , while upgrading the sterkly which costs 70 and 100 fuel and munitions , then upgrading each squad which costs 50 munitions , its ridiculous  I think that they absolutely fucked the Soviets in this patch .
The problem with the Soviet army is the lack of armored vehicles in the early game ....
mines didn't work in my situation because it was an open field .
I tried to play as PE and used the armored car spam + infantry tactic and I won vs Expert Soviet , its totally bullshit .....

Strelky in 1.4 have intense penetration VS AC's and 250-HTs even without the upgrade. You need to group a couple Strelky with Tank Hunters near an AT gun. If an AC tries to circle the AT gun the infantry can take care of it, and with AT grenades it's easy to kill.

Add mines or AT mines and those vehicles become useless.

yup you need intensely better micro to win the battle, I dont really waste my time with THs anymore spam AT guns instead - and cross your fingers

TH can lay Tellermines AND throw a AT grenade + have at guns. If this isnt enough..

Personally i go mostly for Atgun because they cover a bigger area. backed up by infantry, there shouldnt be a problem.

Only thing i could understand would be a comp stomp when 4 or more AC´s attack together (because of the higher mp income)

haha thats funny cus any 2.602 axis faction has distinct advantages at all stages of the game. and soviets have been nerfed beyond recognition and will continue to be

There's nothing funny.  Grens+Pak vs M8/Stuart  and  Rifles+AT vs Puma/AC has always been that way, even before 2.602.  I do read GR, and I've heard Wehr is a little OP in 2.602 because of the volks reenforce and MG repack time.  I haven't heard anything about PE other than the G43 buff which there's people arguing both for and against atm, but nothing so OP about Axis as on the scale you (and your retarded forum sigs) keep complaining about.

Allies can still get the job done, just like Tank Hunter+AT gun can, and a real level 14 1v1 auto player (which you claim to be one, but isn't one) can still beat me (a level 12) in this patch.
