searching for games

I'm looking for some more good strategy games like COH, im dying to find a really good cold war game that plays like COH, id kill for a COH cold war mod even. who better to ask than the EF crew

i've played everything really from C&C red alert, to total war series to warcraft/starcraft basically all strategy games.


i recently installed and tried men of war: assault squad for the first time, its good but it lacks that endless replay value that COH has IMO and I feel as though the units arent unique enough, it seems like everything is a copy and paste of another factions, too cookie cutter for me and not fluid enough its like a battle of one ups.

are there any other games out there of the calibre of coh and mow, it can be realism or arcade I dont care anyone have any suggestions and ideas?

Try other mods to CoH if you want something new or try hmmm...Do you like old games? From 90's. There were a few good strategy games.

Blitzkrieg 1&2, with DLCs.  ;)

Yea blitzkireg is good game, recommend. But part 2 sucks.

Well i have for you some games, check them all in google: KKND, KKND 2, Total Annihilation, Age of Empires, Warhammer 40000 Dawn of War (all series),  Empire Earth, Atrox (very similar to starcraft), Outlive, Ghost Master. Do you want more?

There's always the classic of RA2, but I don't think its much like CoH

Rome Total Realism Mod, Diadochi Mod - Both Total war series. 10,000 man battles.
Civilization 2. You'll love NAtasha the spy.

Try Z. I think of it as being like a Company Of Heroes of the Dos era...

If it's nukes you want, play DefCon. ;) It's a great game, but diplomacy is a large part of it, so don't expect to get much out if it with A.I. players. :(

I didn't much like World In Conflict. I just get the feeling it's aimed at the first-person shooter crowd... :(

Order of war. Like world in conlfict but ww2
