relic patch wont download

i had the patch 2.602 already downloaded. i reinstalled COH for some other reason and i have succesfully downloaded all the patches except 2.602. on ther main menu it says failed to download patch.Try again later.

If you are using CoH in English you could try this.

when i launch the App for the patch it comes up with an appcrash. so i then i click on relic downloader and says its applying both 2.601 and 2.602. when its finished applying it has another App crash and the details r here:

something else came up. it says all patches have been downloaded successfull and i click start company of heroes and it is still asking me to download the latest patch but comes up with the "failed to download patch"
