[1.40] Kursk Battle 2vs2

hi folks
here is a new replay on the glory battlefield of kursk.

In the main cast:
Killar once again as the honorable Soviet Urban Commander
XDAmCursedXD as the strong Propaganda Commander with his waves of infantry

vs.

diplomatic (aka donthateme) as the crafty Verteidigungs (Def) Kommandant
ApeMen as the deadly Terror Kommandant

they all met on the battlefield of Kursk and wetted the Earth once again with her blood.

many good soldiers died... and came back as zombie geradiers...mh... what zombies???  :o ohoh i mean the were healed by the best doctors of the Reich...

but also many good soviet soldiers died on this ground and also they came back as zomb... oh no they were gone...forever  ;D
but capitain danko assured me the next train with frech cannon fodder will arive soon at the battlefield  :-X

The soviets handled the medics badly. The bunkers should've been top priority and I don't think I once saw medics being targeted either.

Vet3 KV-2 was nice to see. I love those things.

Soviets could've won that game with a little more attention on the zombie factories. Well played by both teams generally though and lots of exciting battles.

Medics were killed! At least at 6:30 and 9:15 :P

Yeah Sturmmovie should have hit the field (esp. with urban doc) but they are OP (free satchels ftw) and i hate that OP whining from players ingame. I hope that patch 1.5 will be better balanced.

KV2 payed off completly. 60 kills  :D

Im still amazed that 2 t34/85 dont have a chance against 1 panther (vet1) when facing frontal.

did you even watch the replay?

2 T-34s shouldn't really be able to take on a Panther from the front with no micro. You easily killed it with a little micro anyway.

right
if you lost 2 t34 vs a panther you must have realy bad luck

Meaning a panther should kill 2 T34 when both enemy sides facing the frontal armor. Interesting

It should be a fairly even fight. The Panther will have a range advantage and get the first shot off though, as well as penetrating more reliably so luck will affect the T-34s much more.

If both sides use micro though, dual T-34/85s will win a pretty solid victory; although two T34/85s do cost more than a single Panther.
