Re: How could Valve do this?!?

I've been playing TF2 since the new update and its just sad, have 500 snipers on your team, medics playing like Scheiße, heavies standing in one place, and the list goes on.

Re: How could Valve do this?!?

Never played TF2, I've seen and heard enough about it to last me a lifetime. Now that it's free to play, i'm going to avoid it even more than before since now there's obviously something wrong with it.

You don't need to buy anything, all the stuff can be earned through normal play.
Mors Indecepta

Might controls everything, and without strength you cannot protect anything. Let alone yourself...

Re: How could Valve do this?!?

Im puzzled that people are annoyed over something being free... or rather its because of it becoming free after what 4 years. I play it often as those on my Steam friends will possibly have noticed  and the only bad thing I see coming out of it is god damn trolls as it's now free and if there is a game where player and time investment is necessary to succeed, TF2 is just that (thus less reason for anyone new to take it seriously).

It's a good game but requires knowledge of the servers to avoid crap ping and shit teams, also sucks when your playing alone.

Very true and so everyone knows the reason for it becoming free is the in-game store is essentially making the game pay for itself multiple times over. Hence making it free draws more people in they realise how behind they are, decide to buy stuff from the in-game store (weapons, misc items, perhaps more popular are keys and of course the all famous hats), buy over $10 worth of stuff *ding* profit for Valve.

TF2 is fun if you can get past all the shitty players on it.
