Help me in how to get to Veterancy 2 for the conscripts in V[IP address redacted]

Guys, Does anyone have any tips or tricks to make the conscirpts gain veterncy faster and safer- they have very low health. I have tried everything: move in large formation, garrison, move with tanks,... but it seems that nothing works. i could only get veterancy 1. 

yes it is very hard, I'll review the values. you just have to get lucky for vet - theyre not fast killers

Conscript vet bonuses and requirements are something we're reviewing in the balance team.

If you achieve vet 3 with a conscript squad you are either insanly lucky or you've been mistaking them for your command squad :D

Like the other two said their veterancy rate is high and is being reviewed.

Ha ha, yes. Use a decoy squad and hope they don't target your conscripts :P

I would avoid using them otherwise unless strictly neccessary.

You should use petrol bombs that will increase your chance of getting you to see some stripes... But all above it's true, it's damn hard just to keep 'em alive and you probably you're gonna take severe casulties while using the ability, but this is higly depending on your opponent. For examle if i see consripts throwing molotov at my units then i consentrate fire on them and you know the outcome on this. But when you play against AI things are much more easier cause AI units there're probaply just gonna sit there while there're arse is on fire.

They are being buff/nerfed. That means they have something being taken away and something added. Both of these push the conscript further into a meatshield unit rather than a fighting force.

About the xp thing, they have to provied more xp to the enemy than the player otherwise the Soviet player will always get CPs faster than the axis player. If they get equal xp for each conscript kill/death, but the Soviet gets more xp from killing axis units than the axis player gets for their death, the Soviets will outlevel the Wehr very quickly. We shouldn't change that.

Ha ha... I see the logic, you're actually right I've seen that many times but never thought about that... about the nerf/buff I look forward to seeing it.

I dont see how the allies come out on the winning end of conscript vs axis infantry XP CP battles

PG's level up the quickest on average in the early game vs soviet than any other faction, so that speaks volumes to me

Individual vet =/= command point experience. Conscripts only give 1xp like volks, pios, riflemen etc for unit veterancy. They give 2xp towards CPs.
