its a joke that she was caught with heroin but wasnt charged with a dui. She should have got 8 years just for the heroin. I have a friend locked up for 20 years for being in an apartment with to much marijuana and he didn't kill anyone nor was it his apartment nor did he sell marijuana. How the fuck do you hit someone going so fast and the reason for the crash is I had problems taking a sweater off my waist? Women always get off easier than men is BS. They want everything equal until it works against them. If you reread everything to me its clear they were high. They get lucky that heroin doesn't stay long in the system very long so it was probably gone by the time they tested her.

I recall reading a long time ago that drugs were involved. Could you please provide me with a link to where you found that information?

she was sentenced with distribution which means that she had quite a bit or it was divided up into different bags.
