How to raze Kursk? and an extra thing

When I play as Soviets against Axis cpus (both heer and pe), I might build T1 and some conscripts, and cap. Then build T2, and get AT guns, then get the other upgrade for mortars. Then I mine the base perimeter. I barbwire and tank trap most of the area. I get Katyushas to counter barrage nebelwerfers, stukas, mortars, you know. I've been wondering, if I played against a Soviet player that did that, how do I raze Kursk?

And another thing. I was fighting in Lyon with some other person as the Allies. We were fighting against some cpus. He was Soviets, and I was the Americans(I learned how to play as them finally). He built an MG dugout, but lost it. I looked at the MG dugout, and there was no MG in there. Then I was trying to get the sector back, but then I saw them using an mg. The mg was in mid air, labeled as a vickers mg, but it was on wheels, and it was a MAXIM MACHINE GUN! How do you get a Maxim mg out of an mg dugout?

It's a known bug.

how do you get a maxim machine gun out?

Its a glitch that the AI can only do. (cause it's awsome). Your biggest weapon against the AI is alt-ctrl-del and double space bar to wipe it into shutdown.

Oh and seriously, don't play Lyon since its VERY campy...

I doubt those hotkeys give you an automatic win.

Uh, its the shut down combo :P.
