Countries that fought in WWII

What country would you like to see made for CoH (not necessarily by EF) that fought in WWII?

All the countries that produced modern equipment for their armies are allready in EF. Armies without medium/heavy tanks and infantry AT weapons will allways be underpowered to CoH fractions.

:), I know that but I'm just interested thats all.

I'd like to see an early WW2 modification, including a Wehrmacht using e.g. Panzer I, II, 38 (t) and other stuff. Additionally, I would be interested in a Polish and French faction for this mod. Maybe alsoBrits because they fought alongside French in 1940.

Sweden.

No, they didn't have much heavy tanks. But you could just change the stats a little.

No heavy tanks but we have medium and tankdestroyers ^^ for gods sake, we even got a sweden produced bazooka!? ;D (Well, it is a anti tank rifle. But you shoot it and load it almost like one :P)

It would be great to make a Skandinavian (Sweden+ Finland) axis fraction. Their real enemy was always SU.

Hmm. Well, Now sweden was neutral we all know that. So if we are going for the most realistic situation I would say Allies. If it would be early war time they would be  Axis all the way. Now however, 1944-45 everybody knowes Germany is losing the war.

So Iam saying the Allies because of the kind of LOL ¨Operation Save Denmark¨.

The plan was that Swedish troops (along with the Danish "police troops" trained in Sweden during the war) would land at the German occupied Denmark during the first half of the 1945th However, Nazi Germany surrendered and thus the German forces in Denmark before the plan could be implemented.

Well yeah. IMO this is kind of a lol thing to do. Its like- Shit,Germany is losing! Hey guys, what about joining up with the winning team and become heroes !?
Especially when almost all troops where in germany at the time fighting. Sweden could just go in easy and annihalte everything easy COH style YEAH! <3 XD

And yes Paciat thats correct. We have always seen SU as the big enemy. Now when I think about it, I would rather have Finland as a playable faction. Its more historic correct that way anyway XD

My dream mod. Would be if they took all new factions created by mods. And put it together to one super mod. So you can play as them all! :D Japanese and Ostheer united together against French resistance and the Chinese you name it!:D

And I wouldnt care if some countrys litteraly sucked big time. It would be fun in that way . All factions didnt have to be balanced out to meet each other. Some factions were great and some of them useless and some pretty okey. It would just be for fun!:D

Hell, some factions could even only have like 5-6 units. Just the basic.

Its like back in the old days when you played Goldeneye on Nintendo 64. I always choosed Jaws as my charachter. He sucked big time because he was big as a house so the other players always would hit me if shooting. But I didnt care, the most importent thing was that it was fun <3

Well. Like I said. Iam not the man to create this. I would love to. But me and computers or technical stuff whatsoever dont fit together XD

And to tribute something to the subject. Italians. I would love to see the italians. People always talk about

I'd like to see Italians somewhere in there. I feel like they did a lot to hold the allies back in Africa and arn't accounted for in a lot of thinks. They also had a couple of heavy tanks with a few light and medium tanks + Armored Vehicles. Their infantry wasn't well trained but they had some pretty decent weaponry.

Anyway Italian soldiers were well trained, their Officers were incompetent.
But anyway, don't start another history lesson about WW2. ;)

Right now they're just doing the French Army I think but Italians will follow.

Well I use the term heavy stressfully :P

And to some extent yes, Italians had competent and good training, but their key decision making via the officers was poor thus giving the Italian army infamous for being not as good as Mussolini wanted it to be.

No, let's not :)

Anyway, The Italians and the Japanese are the only large co-belligerent not represented as of yet.

I would like to see Latvia ('cause it's cool) and Sweden ('cause they sure know music. ;)).
