Molotov Cocktail

A Soviet unit (conscripts) throw a molotov to my halftrack damaging it's engine...I don't know if this is what was intended to happen (almost every thow it's damaged engine), but what i want to report is that the halftrack was not even close to where the molotov landed and still it got damaged engine.

The initial explosion had to be in-range, and it is intentional, though the percentage of that happening in the next patch will likely diminish a bit.
