How to stop Weapons Support Center spam as Wehrmacht

When I play against Normal American Cpus, they spam mg teams and mortar teams. What should I build to counter that? I get discouraged to use the motorcycle because they somehow have a lot of riflemen too. What should I do? I can defeat them, but I am always pushed back.

Snipers, mostly them. Add some mgs, and it's over for mortar+mg ami spammer - cooked and ready.
Overall, you have to have N mgs and N+1 snipers for proper infantry counter. If he starts building vehicles, 1, max 2 paks should be enough.

Oh! And don't forget to vet your support. It really shows. You should get the first HQ upgrade as well, after about the second mg.

flank them! wsc starts die hard so if you can execute one succesful flank and force them to retreat, they will struggle to regain any kind of ground/resources. their field presence is weak capitalize on this and out cap them. by mid game it should become apparent they have lost

Weapons Support Center starts actually tend to be better on maps with lots of buildings than Barracks starts. A Heavy Machine Gun team in a building will hold back infantry and light vehicles much better than a Rifle squad.

The Panzer IV is alright since the US doesn't really have anything outstandingly powerful... watch for AT though. :)

+1 from what I can gather, you trade mobility for firepower and a stronger defensive line. I guess you could work with a friend to make it work.

I.e. one builds barracks, one builds WSC

CPU skirmishes are so you can learn to counter any unit, any noob player becouse COH was designed to be a multiplayer game.
Try playing on easy but not using MGs.

In EF normal AI gets a resorce buff. Only easy AI earnes as much as you would.

Bear in mind, that wehr mortars have a greater range than their ami counterparts.

Yeah. I haven't yet figured out if either Mortar gains range with vet, but i haven't done much experimentation with it.
