the game crushes when in the middle of a match

hi gys.i have played eastern front about two months and for some reason the games shuts down when i am in the middle of a match.then a "contact with THQ support shows up.i have described the facts that have happened and sent the report twice but i got no answer.it doesnt happen often but you know its annyoing that the game shuts down when you are ready to win..... >:( .i have s=also switched of the relic downloader but the error occurs again.so pls could you hepl me !!!!!and why when the russian sarpshoter ream use their biniculars and use camo too the commarade moves and not the sniper.\ ???you know the commarade has the binoculars but insted of remaining stationary he is the only one who moves when i order the team to reposition....

The Sniper team issue is already fixed in our internal beta, now the sharpshooter moves and the observer stands. Try lowering your settings. Can you post your hardware?

yes i have lowered my settings but this happens again.what should i do to fix that
