Well, i don't think that Relic will change EF to offical expansion. It's been about 5 years after release CoH, so another argument for not. Better choice for them is make CoH 2 with Soviets, because I am sure, that if relic want add Soviets to CoH, they will make thier own SU.

According to me, EF is more like mod, than expansion, becasue to mod, it's a lot of missing. Adding a new faction is not everything to become expansion.

Enough from me.

No! EF mod is a mod - it's developed by group of people who don't earn money for this. Relic would screw their work trying to get some profits - and they would make stupid things like adding Maus to Ostheer just to sell 1.000 copies more.

Besides, writing words, starting with capitol letters, unless these words are individual names, or used in such manner, after dashes, appears syntactically wrong... Unless, you're trying to fool the emperor to cross the sea.

I don't want to pay for something that is free and will be ruined anyway.

Plus the devs use unprofessional ways of making the mod I think, meaning relic will have to redo a lot of stuff.

Anyway, I bet the Devs take their pickings in the donate section ;D ;D 8)

I agree with Seeme  ;D and cephalos as well  ;D, I guess the mod itself is great because its free and the devs give up their free time to make it work.

The worst thing about this mod is that some people (i guess myself included) play it and then complain about this and that without really trying it out.

Oh on a side note, IJoe my intention was never to copy Mao Zedung's example. This is the EF not war for Asia and the Pacific. Of course I'm aware of where I got the quote from but isn't copying it morally wrong?

my favorite thing about this mod is the soviet faction of course, and all the hard work a lot of people dont understand how time consuming modding is, and it wears on you. so big thanks to the devs.

least favorite, dont have one really. if i had to pick something it would be axis fanboiz :P

No, because I like patches and support from my games and Relic doesn't seem to like doing that.

Favourite - Russians, obviously. More specifically, the KV-2.

Least favourite - Bad balance arguments, especially those based on realism.

It all goes to the upkeep of the server, so no dev here recieves anything.

The Best thing about EF is the International Spirit of Cooperation it has engendered. No profit oriented organization will ever be able to match the synergism of the end result.

The least attractive aspect of the Mod is that it operates at a higher level of difficulty than the original product. The Sovs are tough, but then so will be the Ostheer!

Think they tough now wait until you experience this new AI! caught me with my pants down :-[ ;:P
