Russians receiving less munitions?

I haven't been able to find if this is intentional or not, but while playing as the Russians I find myself with +0 munitions, even when I should be getting +40. Is this intended? It happens on every map, and while I haven't been able to pinpoint it exactly, a guess would be that it happens after researching something at the armory.

Soviet support and armored units have munition upkeep, meaning the more such units you have, the greater is your munition draid. This is done in order to compensate for "free" abilities (molotovs, grenades, AT grenades), so that soviet players wouldn't abuse air strikes etc.

Please search this topic next time, there's 100s of these and it isn't a bug ;)

What IJoe said. It's your upkeep catching up to you.

Consider this: You call in a King Tiger as Wehr. What happens to your Manpower Income? It drops, dramatically. Magically when the KT is destroyed, the Manpower Income goes back to normal. It's all about the upkeep.

Ahh thank you. I took a CoH break for a while but just got back into it. I finally played a game where I didn't spam tanks and had no problem with munitions :)
