Some hypothetical Cold War scenarios between myself and DarcReaver. Some good fun had here in a couple of silly match ups.

Automatch

Automatching can allow soviet VS allies? I know it places soviets as a "random" faction but how would a random faction magically be part of the axis side?

Also, if it's already there, then it should be extended for compstomps as well.

I kinda want to try this  :o

If there are only 2 players searching random will put in soviets on the side that is necessary. We tried to connect but when I was wehr it didn't work. Then I changed to allies while he was still searching and we got connected instantly for some reason :D

After playing the first match we decided to switch sides and he went with CW. Was quite fun though, but soviets are extremely OP against allies ^^

so then in theory you could have Soviet vs Soviet? Or in a 2v2 soviet + axis vs soviet + us/uk?

I think you'll find I won as US. I pwned even harder the first game that we played, which isn't in the pack.

Has anyone tried the pairz mod, with which you can play anyone against anyone in COHOF?
