Can't start the mod

Hi,

i have a problem to start the mod.
I downloaded the mod and installed it.
Now, if i start the EF launcher it checks for new updates.
Then there is a message, that the mod is up to date.
but if i press the play button, an error message comes with the same text, that EF is up to date(look at the picture).
and when i click the "ok" button, nothing happens.



I reinstalled the mod some times, but i have always the same prob.

I don't play the game with steam.
I have the current version of coh (2.601)...

I have no idea how i can solve the problem.

Try opening the "settings" menu (top left of the launcher window), check if the "game directory" is set/correctly set, set the correct path, if that proves to be otherwise.

And really, try searching through the tech support forum - this kind of requests for help are very common, you know.

but i installed in the right directory i think.

What EF installation file did you use? The latest version is EF_Setup[IP address redacted]_full.exe

Well you can try it manually. Just create a CoH shortcut to bind the mod.

yes, i use this version.

maybe reinstall company of heroes in a "normal" directory like C:/Program Files(x86)/THQ/Company of Heroes  ??

i will play ef  :-\ :'( :'(

Frankly, I wouldn't know  :(
Could be some registry issue, but that's up to Blackbishop to solve this kind of problems.

"c:\spiele\thq\company of heroes\relicCoH.exe" -dev -mod -eastern_front
this is to be inserted into shortcut->properties->object

Though, I doubt it can help.

You don't have a "RelicCoH" looks like you renamed it to "Company of Heroes" instead.

Rename it again to RelicCoH.
