Cant get eastern front mod to launch with steam

Trying to play Eastern Front Mod v. 3.1.0.0. Company of Heroes is installed through Steam.
When try to play Eastern Front Mod, a message displays that Eastern Front Mod is up to date and that is all that will happen.

Any thoughts or anyone else have this problem?

Thanks for the reply. I appreciate that. Hopefully I can get this to work. Looking forward to playing this with a buddy for a while now.
