I believe you have to paste them here:
C:\Users\pariah\Documents\My Games\Company of Heroes\ww2\scenarios
(With your name, not mine, of course.)

Well, that path is for sga files, for sgb you should use:
C:\Users\Blackbishop\Documents\My Games\Company of Heroes\ww2\Data\Scenarios\MP (With your name of course :P)

I'm not sure if I should have revived this thread or not, but this did not work for me.
To be specific, I am trying to copy the maps from the mod Joint OPs.
Edit: Well, I got them to load by modifying the module file but it seems that there were too many changes with the recent 2.602 patch. All of them are frozen :(
