how do u change what mod u use in world builder?

Save your map in the following folder:

(...)\Company of Heroes\Eastern_Front\Data\scenarios\mp

how do make rain for testing in worldbuilder?

You wanna let it rain on your map?
Scenario -> Atmosphere Propeties -> Change the values in the register "Weather"

tip: take a look at some .aps files from Relic

i cahnge it then i click save, but it doenst do anything, sorry im noobish on worldbuilder
