Game is totally messed up

The mod made the game want to update when it already was updated, so I un-installed all COH related files and mods. I have retail version COH: TOV and steam version COH. I can no longer install TOV because of some strange error regarding the execution of a file on the disc.

Might controls everything, and without strength you cannot protect anything. Let alone yourself...
