field hq?

Could you make field HQs for the soviets i think it would be a little convienient  :-\

You don't need them, the Soviet Outposts (which they use to secure sectors) are a reinforcement point and are garrisonable. Plus the Medic truck is now retreatable to, which helps you heal your troops quickly, so no need for a Field HQ

If you have the medic truck and the outpost you really are set.

Might i suggest that it's actually more convenient under the current system.  If you think about it you can only place a forward HQ in a building, if a map doesn't have many buildings you haven't got much choice of where to place it.  On the other hand an outpost and Medic truck can be placed anywhere with a control point, giving you much more flexibility of placement.

i mean like when your americans and you would spawn riflemen and at guns i think red banner streks and zis would be great

Well then that would be unfair, cause the Guards or RB Strelky are much more efficient then the American Rifleman and deploying them out in the field is unfair. Plus would you like if there was wave after wave of Conscript charging at your base from a Field HQ near your base

I think its very possible.

There is no more efficient and versatile infantry in game than Bar Riflemen. But in any case, Soviets do NOT need something like that.
They also do have something quite similar and useful.
If you build an outpost and park the Medic truck there, you have a forward base to retreat to, reinforce AND heal. All you have to do, is drive the medic truck to different outposts on the map and gain the same advantage.
If you're really sneaky, you can send the Medic truck on the other side of the map so you can move your troops faster to react to an attack or launch an attack from that side faster than your opponent expects.
Be creative...
