Guardia Unit

I propose to use the icon of Guardia on a shield of Guards unit.
Here it is, Made by me =) It is a bit not proportional, for example only.

And I propose to use not a whole shoulder strap on shields, but only marks on it, as the Relic does.
For sappers - a classic wrench
For Conscripts - a one "lychka" (line)
For Regular - two "lychki" (lines)
For the mayor, you can use a star between the two thin vertical lines

Infantry use the shoulder-strap system because horizontal lines look extremely boring and artless.

Also, your proposed guard icon looks very nice, but it is too muddled and will look very poor in a 30x30 pixel unit symbol.

What is about this? =) But, of course, white on a blue shield.

the guards are a good unit ingame, but i think they should get a heavy weapon of some sort: either the rpg-1 (panzerfaust copy)
or a PTRD, in which case the PTRD squad should have the PTRS semi auto at rifle upgrade and the sharpshooter ability.

also i think that sappers should get an upgrade to guards ability as an opposite to the guards squad.
