Launcher problem

ive had EF installed for Quite a while works fine im current with the latest patch.today i started the launcher.it said EF not installed,but i can still run the game fine. dont know why.normally it says im am up to date.Anyone know what this is?

no i checked the forum faq thing.im using xp never had a prob.i can still play just fine nothing crashes.just when launcher auto checks for updates.it says appearanlly ef is not installed.so im stumped.

Check if you run it with admin rights.

it says currant user account ive never changed anything like i say its run perfect i even downloaded the last patch 1.30 with the launcher worked perfect should i uninstall and reinstall EF?thanks for your help im not to good with inner workings of a computer.Will take any suggestions.

Try running EF like this:

or you have another OS?

Run as Admin in XP

ok i checked ef launcher log it said unable to find ef regitry entries.im running xp 32 bit.

are you sure you checked the registries described on the List of Issues & Fixes?

ok black bishop i just reinstalled EF back to normal file must have got corrupted.thanks for all your help.
