Yesterday I thought about eastern front, and come up with something for guerrillas

The doctrine of fighting urban guerrillas to create a database Soldiers Guerrillas

Engineers guerrilla

Brani prefers not to the German occupier, or volunteer. They can build different strengthening

People: 3
Weapons: Random, for example [Mosin Nagant, MP40, PPSH 41]

Improvements
  Construction of buildings, for example, German FLAK 88

Anyway, I don't like the word "guerrillas", cause it sounds humiliating to the dignity of these men (whatever nationality they are), and I'm pretty sure, it is meant this way.  :(

EDIT: I'm talking 'bout the contemporary use of the term, for I doubt, most people, who use it, even know of it's spanish origin and initial meaning, having little to do with apes.

Yeah use the more modern term of 'insurgents' mostly used since the US started attacking occupying countries. We can't have those guys called 'freedom fighters' or 'partisans' or Guerillas any other name used in the past...

Although I had to do this rant but please don't expand on it and derail the thread.

To the point-
A) You didn't take a german soldier prisoner and say- You work for me now dude, build me a minefield to blow up your mates! That's C&C not ww2.
B)Partisans never took prisoners-They killed and mutilated every German they could lay their hands on
C)Soviet army already has bucket loads of options

When youre teaching "guerrillas" to use a mortar, while they even dont know the basics of math the "guerrillas" word seems more appropriate. :P In WWII word "partisants" is more common.

Engineers guerrillas? Nothing like that ever existed. The most sophisticated thing that partisants could ever make were STENs.

But partisants didnt build any of that. Had and build are 2 different things.
Talibans have Stingers... US Stingers.

You should really come to realize what "guerrilla" warfare is, which you apparently don't right now.
Basically, it's diversion, cutting off supplies and reinforcement routs, and then cutting the throat of your demoralized enemy.
This tactics, also known as "little war" is in use since 1800s, and was used by half of this world since that time.
Saying that people have different brain quality, or monkey hand, just because they do the fighting part behind the enemy lines (while their fellow countrymen - basically just the same people, - do the industrial part, or fight at the front) is false, absurd, and generally stupid.

I didn't, but still, I don't like that term, because it sounds similar, and to A LOT of people it's enough to put an "=" sign between those two.

Its the support of a whole country working together to aid its military, that makes the regural solidier "better" than a partisant (I also call Soviet military groops fighting against the Red Army in 1941-42 partisants).

Why do you think, that any citizen of the country attacked, who is willing to continue  to fight the occupants after the particular place, where he is situated, has been occupied by the enemy forces, is a nationalist and a fanatic? This sounds absurd.
Partizan, just so that you know, is a member of "partia", or a part in english, - a small militant group, performing diversion warfare behind the enemy lines. It may consist of whoever there is, including peasants, workers, bums, professors, professional soldiers, sent-in trained saboteurs etc.
Country is bullshit - the land and its people is what matters, not the name of the state, governing it at the moment.
You haven't directly called any particular partizan a monkey or an ape, however your overall tone of discussion over 'em was and is awfully neglectful. I find it odd, disturbing, and rather silly.
