RMC HQ Truck bug

I was playing with the RMC with my friends against AI on an annihilate no pop cap game, i rushed with my hq truck and sadly it was destroyed, this was very early in the game so I didn't have the captain. I called in a new hq truck, and it did not give me the option to build a captain or call in a glider from the hq, i was stuck on just regular infantry for the rest of the game as the other command trucks require the captain, which i was unable to build. 

This bug is already reported and will be fixed on the next patch.
