Multi-Monitor and/or Eyefinity Support?

I don't even know if this is possible from the mod side since you are still using the base CoH engine, but if there's any way to set up EF to be able to use multiple monitors / eyefinity support, that'd be awesome.

I have 3 monitors running eyefinity (6048 x 1080) resolution and while I can get CoH / EF to run at that resolution, it just stretches the heck out of things and isn't really playable.
