[1.3.02]OP's not working correctly

I have noticed the following, during certain matches, in the game mode "Annihalate no pop-cap", OP's aren't working properly. What I specifically mean, is that if I build OP's, then some of them won't give the added resource bonus, while other's will. They will cause the lockdown, they just tend to sometimes refuse to give me the extra resources.
This has happened with both the US and WM on a variety of maps (both Relic, EF, and custom maps).
I can't provide a screenshot or anything similar at the moment, I'll try to remember to make one in a later game.

I to be honest don't know. I haven't played PE since the latest patch, and I've only played RMC so far since the latest patch. I shall test this tomorrow and state the results here.

So you are saying that you are having this problem with British Trucks and American Observation Posts?

Exactly.

I noticed the problem today on Zytomyr (spelling?). I took a screenshot of it but Xfire failed to save it due to me not being logged in.
The problem arose when I, playing as the RMC capped territory, and my ally builed an OP on it. All the territory which he captured had working OP's.
Has this perhaps something to do with the RMC not being able to recieve aditional income?
