Can't play as Ostheer

I can't view or select the Ostheer army, though the background image for for axis in the army selection screen I can see the flag to the right of the Panzer Elite flag

Who said ostheer is out? ??? Why should we post Ostheer sneaky peaks if Oshteer is already out :-X?

Might controls everything, and without strength you cannot protect anything. Let alone yourself...
