Soviet Urban Combat Partisans can't plant booby traps after medic truck created

Hi all,

Noticed in the latest patch.

Soviet Urban Combat Partisans can't plant booby traps after medic truck created.

The retreat to medic truck icon is now in place of where the booby traps one was.
