Can't play the Red Army

Hey guys,

I can't play the Red Army in the Mod, my version is 1.3.

when i choose the Red Army, There is a new window and this window is: Red army not available/playable.

I hope this are enough informations for  you to help me :/

There have been two very minor patches after 1.30, are you sure you installed those?
Also, did you fully patch your vCoH?
Lastly, are you sure you istalled everything in the correct place?
