Whenever I press play the launcher minimizes and it doesn't start.

Check if you installed Eastern Front in the correct path, that should be on Company of Heroes directory.
Example:
Correct path:
"C:\Games\Company of Heroes\"
Incorrect ones:
"C:\Games\Company of Heroes\EF"
"C:\Games\Company of Heroes\Eastern Front"
"C:\Games\"
Where you should replace "C:\Games" with your own directory.
Example:
Correct path:
"C:\Games\Company of Heroes\"

Alright I pull up the launcher click play the launcher then minimizes and nothing happens
