I thought that too, but I then realized it was just showing their skin wrinkling (Balkankruez, not Iron cross, Iron cross is like the Ostheers flag)

To everyone, who understand russian well, this might do (though this isn't new really): in any english-speaking country in any hotel rent room number 22, get in, pick up the room service phone end sing out in plain russian "ту-ти-ту-рум-ту-ту". This will keep you high on tea any day of the week! 8)
