error: $18010000 no range

I have this error: $18010000 no range. when I start a game and i want to choose for the russians i get this where usually the russian logo is. I can select it but when the game starts it pauses and it sais there is an error. can anyone plz help me????

i downloaded all patches with relic downloader. but now that you mention it, i can't find the files anywhere in my COH maps.

I don't remember the exact location, try searching 2600_2601_Patch.exe on c:\
Actually, you might consider renaming relicdownloader folder, so it won't start automatically, 'cause it's really of no practical use, other than slowing down your PC, since you can download patches directly from http://cohpatch.relic.com/index.html
