EF setup

Hello, I downloaded EF setup, but it doesn't start :( I'm using Windows 7 x32. My computer loading it but nothing. I waited about 30 minutes. I can't even delete it, because then i press DELETE key it says Windows Explorer don't responding etc. Can someone help me?  ???

Have you tryed to download EF second time? Maybe the file is corrupt. Can´t you delete the file even after you have restarted your pc?
