No Start Up Option

I downloaded the mod from ModDB.  After installing, I was informed that I can access the game through the shortcut I created in the folder I created (Company of Heroes Easter Front).  I do as follows,

All Programs --> Company of Heroes Easter Front --> ... When I get here, there is no start option--just a non-working uninstall option. wtf?

I'm sure I'm making some noob mistake.  I just need to know what it is.

It didn't created a shorcut at the desktop?

You can find the launcher at CoH directory and create a shorcut of it(EF_Launcher.exe).

It did not create one.
Where is the directory?  Remember, I am a computer noob.  :P

Default paths:

Steam 32bits OS
C:\Program Files\Steam\steamapps\common\company of heroes

Steam 64 bits OS
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\company of heroes

Retail 32 bits OS
C:\Program Files\THQ\Company of Heroes

Retail 64 bits OS
C:\Program Files (x86)\THQ\Company of Heroes

Remember that these are the default paths, if you installed it on other directory I don't think i can guess where is located.
