Can I play EF without the CD???

I recently downloaded EF (in the process of downloading) and I just read somewhere you need to insert one of the COH disks at least once in order to play. I got back from school this summer and found my CDROM drive no longer works. Ive been trying to fix it and have tried everything short of bringing it to a Comp store but i cant fix it. Is there anyway id be able to bypass The inserting the CD and start playing. I have the CD keys for the games and everything. PLEASE HELP!!! ??? ???

Re: Can I play EF without the CD???

You can play EF without the CD in it as far as i know. I know it should wok with the normal CoH game, so it should also apply to EF.

Re: Can I play EF without the CD???

You won't be asked to do such thing unless:

a) You have Retail CoH.

b) You play with Steam CoH with an account that has registered a Retail Key.

And:

a) Your internet connection drops.

b) There's a lot of traffic and your request to relic' server times out.

c) Server is down.
