Hi, I've recently installed this mod, and I think its great. BUT where can i buy the "close (and medium) range support upgrade, so i can buy snipers etc, for the Soviet army?

I uninstalled everything and installed 1.2, and updated from there. And now it works, before i cant even see the upgrade, but its working now :)
