Why do you want to translate it? EF is already translated.

I kow; it's very good translated.
I want translate Afrika Korps and I don't know how:(

EDIT: I found an UCS-Editor in Corsix Mod Studio;
is it that I'am looking for?

In each mod should exist ucs files, which you can open with your normal editor.

For Example:
THQ => Company of Heroes => CoH => Engine => Locale => German => RelicCoH.German
