Snipers shooting at armour

Please squash this post if it has already been addressed, but I've noticed my snipers revealing their position by sniping at tanks.

Do they have the capability of killing top gunners?

Yes, my snipers shoot gunners all the time. Its just they miss alot.

They can also 1 shot motorcycles I think by shooting the driver, but its rare.

No, snipers can't kill the gunners on tanks, but they do a little damage to bikes. The problem lies in their target priorities in that the tank is recognised as a valid target.

Funny, but true. I've used vehicles like scout cars and Ostwinds to flush them out from time to time whenever they're pestering my assault infantry and panzers. Strange that they can't shoot the gunners in the open-topped vehicles like Ostwind, Wirbelwind, AT HT, Hummel and Marder though :P

Ya this is really strange , perhaps the sniper ace can shoot at tank mg gunners ;)


I'm kidding it cant , no sniper can(in the game at least)

And neither is the tank mg gunner affected by small arms fire like rifles and smg's whereas it should!!

Pumas and PE AC can kill the tank mg gunner , its kind of funny that you are driving a tank with full health with your mg gunner killed ;D ;D
