cant play as or with the Soviets

Game always crashes during loading, at about 70% loaded, on any map if there is a Soviet faction in the game, doesn't matter if it's human or an AI. I was CoH is patched to the most recent version. Also won't make a .dmp file because it says the Temp folder is full even though i emptied the folder just before the crash.
1st Game I played went fine after that its starting to do this. looked in the "Post here if you crash" topic didnt find much to help me or that worked. from the one game I did ger to play its a great mod!

Ok iv dont this and its working on 2 player maps but 4,6 and 8 players maps still dont work. how ever it dose not boot me right out when it gets to about 70%loaded whe it dose a loading screen comes up and im taking back to the main menu

If you use ultra settings you could change them to high.
