Missing unit/unable to build from Support building

I downloaded from the torrent EF 1.0 then realising I had to update manually as the loader doesn't - I downloaded all the patches in order from www.files.easternfront.org/updates excluding the first one as I already had the mod itself downloaded. Now when in-game I cannot produce units from the support bulding (they are all greyed out and the required list is blank) and some units (I'm not sure which) had blue boxes instead of the models.

I'm assuming this is because there were other patches in the full mod download that could not be downloaded seperatly and it has left me without some files? I had a problem like this with the vanilla CoH when I first installed it as my CD drive did not properly read the disc resulting in me having to manually copy the problem files across and installing one by one.

So do I have to uninstall EF and reinstall from the very beginning? (If so, how?) or is there another route?

That folder is for the updater for each version, if you have 1.0 you must uninstall it and reinstall )_FULL.exe]this. After installing click on check for updates to download the most recent update.

It's in the main page from moddb and EF how do you missed that and use 1.0 instead :-\? The [IP address redacted] patch is a full functional version. Yo don't need anything below that :P.

Even if you have [IP address redacted] is recomended to uninstall and install 1.2.0.0. That's because the "major" patches have a lot of changes.

I initially tried to download that one but it got about half way then said download was complete when it was incomplete, I retried it several times and got the same problem. While I was browsing for a solution I came across the torrent for the download sotried that - resulting in me having that version.

Thanks anyway, I suppose I'll just have to risk the download again.

Use the link on the Home page(that it's the same that I post here), do not download the version of that folder, it's just for autoupdater and it's size is ~80MB. The good one for you has a size of ~600MB. Use JDownloader or your favorite download manager to grab it and avoid disconnections from the host.

It basically adds many abilities (like torrents has, pausing etc) to downloads.

Yeah re-downloading it did work and everything works fine apart from the new maps sometimes freeze the game and one that I know of won't load at all and either takes me back to the main screen or CTD.
