Wehrmacht troops require 4 men still to recrew soviet weapons, they should cost 3.

Thats a great idea, we should think of this.

BTW this should be in General suggestions.

The Russians think there sooo tough, wait till the Ostheer comes...

It should be 4 men.
It balances the no recrew bug.
