Cannot install.

I've downloaded the setup file from the Download here! link on the front page, but the installation doesn't work. I get errors:

Eastern Front Setup
Error opening file for writing:

C:\Programs Files\THQ\Company of Heroes\Eastern_Front.module

Click Abort to stop the installation,
Retry to try again, or
Ignore to skip this file.

Retrying doesn't work, and ignoring causes a new error over a new file: (C:\Programs Files\THQ\Company of Heroes\EF_DLC1.module, C:\Programs Files\THQ\Company of Heroes\EF_DLC2.module, C:\Programs Files\THQ\Company of Heroes\EF_DLC3.module, C:\Programs Files\THQ\Company of Heroes\EF_Launcher.exe...) so I haven't install the entire thing yet.

If you are using eastern front close it ::)... if not then wait 4~5 minutes and click retry, most likely will work...

In your position I would wait a couple of further hours, because then will be released the new soviet version ;)

:O... I the problem that Vuther has happened to me when installing the third patch, but that's a windows error and probably, will be back again, if not in his/her pc perhaps in another one :P; and the easy way to fix it is waiting a couple of minutes and click retry.

* Is that your real company of heroes folder (where you installed CoH?)?
* Is your company of heroes folder "Read - only"?

Read-Only? That's probably the reason.

If you're using Vista/Win7 with non-admin rights (or UAC on) it doesn't let all applications to change Program Files folder. Maybe it's blocking EF installer. Try launching it with admin rights (or UAC temporary off)

Yep, that was the issue - a lack of administrator powers. Installed perfectly on an account that had them. In that case, you might want to patch it to warn people who are as silly as me. ;D
