Im looking for a free trainer that works with latest EF can someone suggest one  ?

Any trainer that works with 2.601 of CoH should work with EF.

A good trainer shoudnt need unlimited manpower...
The Russians think there sooo tough, wait till the Ostheer comes...

Can someone please explain what a trainer is? I'm very knowledgable about cracks/fixes but I see these all the time and wonder what they are.

Trainers are softwares tht run along with the game , they usually make changes in the a few critical parameters of the gameplay , in COH for instance they will give you 1000 manpower or fuel or ammo at the beginning , which makes playing the game easy for you , in fps trainers usually make u invincible(god mode) , they do so by making changes in the game at runtime ,  its like those aircraft trainers , u first fly in a simulated situation and then u fly the real thing

So in other words, a hack. Usually a bannable offense and completely unfun for anyone who has to play against you if punkbuster etc. doesn't pick up the background program running. I agree with AbhMkh for once:

Assuming hes smart enough to stay offline i have no objections , in muliplayer , its just being a total ass , but in singleplayer is just him messing around.
Look at it like he needs training wheels for CoH

Correct, N44, BK, BotB all used Trainers for testing Mods. I bet EF did too.

Their a great way to Praticise Seeing what units best (ATM i'm a epic Panzer-Elite noob, Whermacht ftw, so i use Trainers for testing out what to do with the P.E)
