Hi all!

I have a problem:

I have DVD, I have my original Activ. Code.
But I lost "Profile name" and "Passrwod" after Reinstalling Windows.

Damned, cant enter the game...

On Official CoH webpage, there is no even email adress to support team.

And in game, "remember passwrd" option does not works...

What should I do?

Do you have thew code that you got when buying the product?

Do you formated your hard disk before installing? If you reinstalled windows do you kept the old data? Also you can try to find "playercfg.lua" with a recovery/undelete utility in:

if you have Vista/7:
C:\Users\YourUserName\Documents\My Games\Company of Heroes

or if you have XP

C:\Documents and Settings\YourUserName\My Documents\My Games\Company of Heroes

That file has the your last CoH username/password settings, if you recover it just copy to the previous path and start CoH. If that doesn't works... open a new thread in CoHO forum :-[.

However, if you don't want to do all these stuff, you can create a new account and register the keys, it has a limit of three times for each key to repeat this before getting banned.

HOw long did you have coh?

From jan 2010.

Ok, thats good. Try reinstalling coh. If that dosent make you able to make a new accont, tell me.

If I'm not mistaken, that means that your CoH is NOT up to date (patch wise). If you patch it up, they will be active again.
