MG on Ferdinand

Make it a munitions upgrade, if it will make it to MP/skirmish. Not a big deal, but it would represent the history behind it well.

That cannot be done so easily. From Ferdinand to Elefant there were multiple changes, the mg was only one. The unit will be the Elefant.
