IS2, Strelky & Guards $ Bug

If my buddies and me are playing EF there we cannot build the IS2, the Strelkys and the Guards at all. It says something with 1231253525 $ (the number I typed in is a random one ^^). and therefore you cannot produce the item. This is only since the new patch is installed.

Its a missing translation and means u need to upgrade something in the support barracks before u get the upgrades on inf and is2. its missing in ur labguage probably wont happen when u install it on an english version.

Ok but what do I need for Strelkies and Guards then ? Before the patch it was tank hall or support barracks or both or something. But now, even after having all building with most of the upgrades it doesnt work with me and all my friends (we have it in German)

Strelky - One upgrade in Support OR One upgrade in Tank
Guard - One upgrade in both Support AND Tank

IS-2-Support Barracks, 1 upgrade, AND 1 upgrade from Tank Hall.
